Based in 100 Mile House in the Cariboo region of British Columbia, our team uses specialized equipment to perform drilling work in rugged terrain, remote locations, and complex construction environments. Each piece of equipment is maintained to high operational standards to ensure safe and dependable performance on every project.
Foremost Dual Rotary DR-24
The Foremost DR-24 dual-rotary drilling rig is one of the primary platforms our team uses. This advanced drilling system is designed for high productivity and versatility across a wide range of drilling applications.
The DR-24 can drill holes ranging from 6 to 24 inches, making it suitable for domestic and municipal water wells as well as construction applications such as foundation piling and elevator shaft drilling.
Dual rotary technology allows the casing to rotate while drilling, which provides greater control and accuracy compared to conventional drilling methods. This approach helps maintain straight holes even in challenging overburden conditions and improves overall drilling efficiency.

Derex 1340-16 DR
RDE Drilling Services also operates the Derex 1340-16 DR, a versatile drilling platform designed to perform efficiently in a variety of field conditions.
This rig can drill 5-inch to 10-inch cased holes and uses casing rotation during drilling to maintain alignment and stability through difficult ground conditions. The system allows for accurate installation of casing, monitoring instruments, and other drilling components.
One advantage of this rig is its ability to operate year-round. Unlike larger drilling platforms, which are often restricted during spring road weight limitations, the Derex unit is designed to operate under 70 percent road restriction while carrying up to 400 feet of drill stem and tooling on board.
This capability allows our crews to continue working during seasonal restrictions when many other drilling operations must pause.
